Sales Development Representative (German)

B2B sales and pre-sales can be a hard, lonely grind, right? Well, it doesn’t have to be that way - not if you’re helping to transform the way companies do business and create value using the world’s number one e-signature and agreement platform!

As a German-speaking Sales Development Representative, you’ll follow up on leads generated by marketing and qualify prospective customers through targeted questions about their business strategy. Through carefully targeted outreach like this -spending roughly 80% of the time on the phone- you’ll then use this knowledge to align and sell products to both small businesses and enterprise clients.

Successful candidates can expect to receive significant hands-on training with an emphasis on strategic selling methodology and learning how to understand account interest/need.

This position is a great way for individuals to gain in-depth sales experience in a rapidly growing SaaS company.

Working

Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly SQO (Sales Qualified Opportunity) targets and quotas.

  • Talking and listening - you will spend about 80% of your time on the phone contacting prospective businesses identified as having real interest from an inbound lead flow.

  • Educate potential customers on a range of solutions and options to gain insight into their business needs.

  • Use targeted questions and natural rapport-building skills to understand the client's business strategy and determine how you can contribute to their success.

  • Update CRM systems to enable Account Executives to schedule well-informed future contact and communication.

Requirements

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills German and English.

  • Energetic, enthusiastic and client-oriented.

  • Minimum of 1-year of previous experience in sales/presales.

  • Tech-savvy.

  • University / college degree graduates preferred.

  • Prior prospecting, marketing, sales, or sales support experience.

  • Excellent speaking and listening – clear enunciation, courteous and well-spoken manner.

  • Ability to ask questions, gather information and formulate action plans to connect business needs to solutions.

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, take initiative and manage time effectively.

  • Typing speed of at least 30 WPM.

  • Open to working flexible shifts in the evening and during holidays.

  • Working schedule - EU business hours 8am-4pm CET. Sometimes 9am-5pm CET
